3rd place: 100 BEST NONPROFIT WORKPLACES IN OREGON

For the seventh year in a row, PHFS was named one of Oregon’s Top 100 Nonprofits to work for! PHFS took home third place in the medium sized nonprofit category at Oregon Business's Top 100 Nonprofits dinner. 

2018 Lullaby Project

This spring we partnered with the Oregon Symphony and Carnegie Hall on an endeavor called the Lullaby Project. Local singer-songwriter writers were paired with moms living in shelter to write a lullaby for their children. These songs will be recorded for the moms to keep, and were performed live on April 26th.

We are thrilled to share that PHFS has been awarded a $100,000 Impact Award from the Ninety-nine girlfriend to expand our Diversion & Prevention program! With these dollars, we will be able to help families prevent homelessness in the first place. We are so humbled and grateful for this transformative opportunity.

Home for the Holidays

A Home for Everyone's Home for the Holidays campaign was a huge success - 42 families got back into permanent housing.
